Service down for 2 Days

tonyyy @hawaiiantel.net	Service down for 2 Days My Internet has been down for 2 days straight after my upgrade to 11Mbps on Monday. Had no issue until Thursday afternoon. Tech support is poor, rep can only do so much from query modem or asking user to reboot modem.

tonyyy @hawaiiantel.net	Its back up as of this morning hopefully it won't go down again for a while i been happy with my 3Mbps had no downtime till i upgraded lol I guess they're still testing out new hardware haha

Konaguy Live From Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Premium join:2000-10-21 Kailua Kona, HI 1 edit	It is my understanding that this service required a new DSLAM shelf to be put into each central office. Especially since the new HSI offerings don't go over ATM (like 3Mbps DSL), but MPLS.
