| Availability in PA? I called on Thursday and had to direct the rep to the verizon newscenter website to show her the press release. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 20 mins to check with her supervisor. She then informed me that the 7.1 pricing of 39.99 was not available in my area. What kind of crap is that? She said it is not available in PA for 39.99 anybody else in PA got it? she really didnt sound like she knew what she was doing. I was pissed and she knew it so she credited my account 30 dollars but i just want the speed bump. Any advice / comments???? |
