My port went through, and now my AT&T number is being routed through Vitelity. It only took 8 days.
Hopefully that's not just good luck on the speed of your port, but that Vitelity's ports are just going through much much faster nowadays.

Side question. Is your inbound callerid for private/anonymous callers coming in as 000-000-0000?

so this is the order:

1. ordered dry DSL (put the 2nd DSL line on a second line).
2. once dry DSL was confirmed active and working, called AT&T to cancel the original DSL service (that's active on the voice line). later that day, put in port request at Vitelity.
3. the successful port "shut off" the voice line.
