wd4075 : Qwest does not block any email coming to you. It's most likely your spam (junk mail) settings. Hotmail has nothing to do with Qwest mail servers since it's all handled by MSN. Qwest just bundles it with their DSL package. You need to check out your options in Hotmail and probably change your junk mail settings. Once you've received a message you can add the sender to your safe list and then you'll always receive the emails.
--
Visit »www.spazmatic.net for more DSL information.

anon : I am wondering if it possible my Qwest ISP is blocking me from getting weather channel email alerts?
It seems to have happened after I started with Qwest about 9 months ago. Before with my other ISP, I always received my alerts, now nothing.
I cannot find out how to contact Qwest to ask a question. They seem to not make that easy.
I have added the weather channel alerts email to my address safe list but that hasn't helped.
Any ideas?
