Thank you for your response. Can you please PM me the username and pass you are using so i can verify that it is active and working correctly. I will verify and then also run some speed tests using that username. It is very strange to see 1/2 the speed especially when sympatico and acanac use the same path. The only difference will be on the internet side but we have no bw limitations at the moment. We are nowhere close to using our available bandwidth.
