2Wires 'Gaming' adapter - problem

Hi there -

I am trying to install a 2wire gaming adapter on my xbox 360 - I have a few questions. The adapter did not come with any software, and I am having trouble configuring it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Most "gaming adapters" are recognized as such by the XBox 360. There's a networking tab in the XBox360where you enter the SSID/network name, password, encryption type, etc. Plug your adapter in, fire up the XBox360 and go to the far right tab (or 2nd tab from the right, I forget) and you'll see what networking features it thinks you need to setup.

The problem is that the wireless adapter is seen as a wired adapter to the 360, b/c the wireless is 'converted' into ethernet. thanks for the quick reply

You'll first need to hook the gaming adapter to your computer to configure it. Once you have it hooked up to your computer you can head over to the following site and follow those steps:

Cheers.
