| [DNS] Comcast/all2host DNS problem?
Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I'm not sure if it's a problem with Comcast or my hosting service, but I'm guessing I'll get quicker and better answers here than by emailing either support department...
I have several domains hosted by all2host.net. Today I can't get to any of them unless they're in my DNS cache, in which case I can get to them and they are clearly live (ie not just cached pages and images). If I try to ping them, again - if they're in the cache they ping fine, and if they're not, they don't resolve to IP addresses.
How can I tell if this is comcast DNS screwing up, or if there's something wrong with my domain info propogating around the net?
I'll give you the least commercial of the websites so hopefully I won't be accused of spamming this forum. There is no way I can make money from you visiting the following site, and you are unlikely to find it interesting:
»lhuge.com/
Let me know if I should be posting this somewhere else, and thanks for any assistance you can provide... |

1 edit | I can't get to it and I don't use Comcast's DNS servers.
$ whois lhuge.com ... Name Servers: NS1.ALL2SECURE.NET NS2.ALL2SECURE.NET
$ host lhuge.com NS1.ALL2SECURE.NET ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
Looks like your master DNS servers aren't responding. -- Interested in open source engine management for your Subaru? |
