Technical Support for Jetbroadband

I just got off the phone with Technical support for jetbroadband because I was experiencing 22% packet loss and terrible line speeds and was told that it was my system, nothing on their end.

So I connected another computer and tested it and received the same result.

He argued with me again.

So I connected a THIRD and FOURTH computer, and he tried to tell me each time that the BRAND NEW computers were causing 22% packet loss in each case. Simply ridiculous. This company is a joke and should be shut down or bought out by someone who knows what they're doing.

He also tried to tell me they had no problems in his area, and when I called him out on it and told him that he is located in VANCOUVER CANADA, he seemed a bit flustered and was telling me how "jetbroadband has a very intricate system that allows for us to monitor things in the area"

Bull crap. I'm so fed up with this company and can't wait till there is a reliable alternative in the area.

UGH.
