You verified the cap, right?

You've verified that you've been capped via DocsDiag, right? I got those kinds of speeds at one point, but my modem wasn't capped (I never called; I verified this with docsdiag).

The cable modem had the proper status lights, but it was defective. Swapped the modem, 14mbps/1.8mbps behind my router.

Try the 1 month boost trial, and switch back if you don't want to pay extra. Boost is hard to get capped (according to forum members), and the capping might be removed when you downgrade back to 15/2.
