Re: [Help] Napster and Rhapsody problems? Are you running any type of proxy that you can disable? Try clearing your browser cache, history, and cookies, then resetting security to default settings. |

Any other ideas? |

jmn1207Premium join:2000-07-19 Ashburn, VA | Maybe there is an issue with IE's ActiveX plugins? If you select the 'Settings' button in the Tools-Internet Options-General-Temporary Internet files section, choose the "View Objects" button and see if you have anything that might be used by Napster? You should be able to delete all of these objects without any problems. You will get a prompt to reinstall any objects you might need. Perhaps one of these is corrupted? |

None of them were used by Napster or Rhapsody, but I killed them anyway and still have the error.
Next idea. |
