To me, FiOS gets a C-. So, I'm "knocking the FiOS product."
Internet and POTS: Great stuff. Still waiting for the higher-tier packages. Billing: So-so. They seem to be working on this, my bill is much easier to read now. TV: Bad. Inability to fix tiling for 3+ months now. IMG is 8 months late and still buggy in the markets it's been released in, HBO VOD is still exhibiting "white tiling," guide data is wildly inaccurate...the list goes on and on. Customer support: Terrible. 1h+ hold times, lack of follow-up when a problem is reported. I've had to bug some of the local Verizon technicians about my problem with the TV service because the FSC has no f'ing clue what they're doing and won't give me a straight answer. -- $ sudo rm -rf / |
