2 edits		TP-Link and Gnet? TP-8610 ADSL modem

Hi everyone,

I'm confused. Are TP-LINK and GNET the same company or is Gnet reselling for TP-LINK?

I understand there is an issue of Speedtouch 516 being made by Gnet and having problems when compared to the Thompson ones and that the model is either ST (Thompson) or TN (Gnet). Would anyone know if this is the same with TP-LINK? I saw that there are 2 different pictures of the same ADSL Modem model, a white one and a black one.

Alo, the documentation (PDF) from TP-LINK's web site is much more complete and explains the web access whereas the Gnet documentation does not even mention anything at all and is much shorter.

Anything to watch out for? I'm confused!
