I had the same level of service here in Pittsburgh up until about two years ago, or I should say I PAID for the same level of service.  I never ever saw the line test above 4.5/500k and I ran a thousand tests and every night about 9:30  when I'd want to play a little Counter Strike or BF2 the line speed would drop to 500/56K or crap out completely.<br><br>My FIOS line tests above the speed I'm paying for every time I try and never slows down... It's a wondrous thing to behold getting what you pay for.]]></description>
