When you think about it though, with the current state of our civil courts, $2.5M to replace them all is a small price to pay. If even one person gets a cut on their pinky from a piece of flying debris after one explodes, they'd be paying out 10 times that on the lawsuit.

"Stored Power Cost Recovery Fee" sounds much vaguer and more likely to be used.

Negative. They would never be so clear. It would be something like "Public safety mandate recovery fee" or "Liability offset cost recovery fee" or something to make it look like it's another Government fee or tax.

Personally, I think it should come right out of the stock dividends... but that's me.
