NAT

PLease can someone help me configure nat OK, so if i get this right you have ur nat inside address and nat outside addres then the nat pool?I'm stck on what adddress's i need to assign to each one. My lan address to my Inside then pulic to Outisde ? Then more pulic address??

Please Assist if all makes sense
