For a NYC resident living in East New York or Bed-Sty and have the same options available to someone living in a condo SOHO or the lower east side? Seems to me like our elected officials are doing their jobs to protect the intrest of NYC residents. You have stock in Verizon or work for them that you want NYC to roll over and let Verizon do whatever they want to NYC?
