Just checked here in MN

I can get the 10Mb/896k for 54.95/month. Charter is charging me 69.99 for 10/1 and does a lot of port blocking 'for my safety.' I had Embarq DSL a while back and was happy with the service. I went with charter for the 10/1 speed at the time. Looks like it's time go to back.
