Well at the rate this negotiation is going, prepare to wait 5 years for FIOS. Perhaps a 10% every year of NYC population must be added to FIOS, excluding MDUs with non-cooperating landlords, rather than 12345, 12346, 12743, 12483 must be wired by 05/12, 12764, 12749, 12223, 12764 must be wired by 09/12, etc.
