Yes, odd, but it did.. Actually it would force a rebuild any time the clock was changed over a certain amount. I can't speak as to why, just know that it does. It was often quite frustrating, to come in after "Your Clock has been updated" and have to wait for a folder compact to complete as you clicked on each one. No it wouldn't just go ahead and do it, it sat back and waited for you to click on each folder before it started the compact process.
This is exactly why tons of Hoosiers, as well as other enlightened US citizens, move to such a god-forsaken place like Hawaii.
