| 3 web inconsistent with everything!
I've just been reading some of the posts about 3 web. Seems the common thing is 3web doesn't offer tech support, consistent service and consistent billing practices. I have had many service issues - connection up and down service 10 - 20 times per day - spent over 14 hours on my cell phone waiting in line! Finally complained to billing! only way to get tech support. Got 2 months free. Dry DSL - no additional charge as of yet - had for 12 months Speed dropped from 3.8/890 to 2.4 and 420 about 9 months ago Loses connection for no reason on a regular basis. Other parties in area on 3web have slower connections Keep having yahoo DNS errors that are not real but due to no bandwidth! - Sites aren't down just no bandwidth. Moving shortly and changing to another ISP - will pay more but need consistent service! I suggest to all who have problems with them to "Dispute" a payment! You get someone quickly.  |
