So from no rate hike, to moving channels, to a rate hike?

First it was no rate hikes. Then it was "moving" channels from the HD package to a new "add on" package, essentially forcing us to pay more to continue receiving the same channels. Now it's a rate hike on top of that?

Yeah, apparently if they cant single out the few channels that cost them more they blanket the hike for everything.
