There's little or no agreement as to what it means.
Virus definitions are constantly updated for major AV programs. There are some objective measures for what constitutes a virus or trojan or other threat. And even then all vendors identify numerous false positives. Take away most of the objective measuring, add in the daily, changing opinions of what "Radical Islam" means in the minds of those operating the program, and I think you can see the danger, and folly.

1 edit | I think that anyone who makes a bomb and becomes a Suicide Bomber would be a bad guy no matter who they are. And anyone who in a Religious context asks for help in doing things like the above bad guys are the enemies of everybody else, And If It's done online with intent to recruit followers then They should be blocked and taken down immediately, No matter where They are.  This is a War of Ideas that has been going on for quite a while and It's just getting more intense lately, As some are frustrated that They aren't winning or in charge, So they have turned to evil methods to spread their ideas.
