The TM blocking only applies to users with their own mail server and these will know that they have one.

If you are just running a mail client like OE then there should be no problem.

Sending mail from OE via a 3rd party ISP is a different issue, the ISP will need to authenticate a TMNet user in some way to avoid relaying
