I don't know but

these speeds are atrocious. Should give us 6 free months of service for this garbage. Just tested and got 480k down and 100k up although I'm paying for 7MB down and 384k up. When you complain all of a sudden your speed jumps, then slowly degrades back down until you complain again a few weeks later. Time to call to get prorated!
