Here's a user's guide for Westell 327W I've found around the net assuming the modem's firmware is 4.04.03.

Thank you for the manual! One would think this was proprietary info with the mannner Verizon does not release it.

The link where I got the documentation was posted here and last time I checked, it's not available anymore. I hope it helps many.
