Re: Reference documentation for Verison 327W Router

I read somewhere that Verizon likes to keep customers "dumbed down" Now I see it first hand!

Hey, where did you dig that up? Will certainly make troubleshooting for others a bit easier now.
The link where I got the documentation was posted here and last time I checked, it's not available anymore. I hope it helps many.

You're welcome! I know how you feel, and I question verizon also why they don't provide such an important documentation. Goodluck!

Bluepoint,

Thank you for the manual! One would think this was proprietary info with the mannner Verizon does not release it.

Thanks again,
Bob

Westell 6100 User's Guide
said by bobt100 See Profile :

Just received this router with my new adsl service. I have no reference documentation on router settings, etc. Where is this hidden?
Here's a user's guide for Westell 327W I've found around the net assuming the modem's firmware is 4.04.03.

Edited:
Added Westell 6100 User Guide for completion.
