avoid like the plague

I was a customer for a couple of years. This company has horrible support for claiming to be 24/7 you might be able to get some help if you gets something besides an answering machine. I called them reporting that my internet was down at first they told me that verizon was having a ploblem then after 3 days they told me there was not problem so I switched to verizon and these jerks continue to charge my card
