Thanks for the Poll Kramer. I voted for the Window OS utilities. I have tried some of the other utilities over the years and have not found any that really work for me. I prefer not to have any more system processes going than absolutely necessary and most of these utilities tend to bloat the system processes with useless activities.

TU and CC both for me!

TU is more robust and is more encompassing than CC.

Thanks for the great Poll Kramer See Profile !

I voted "Operating system included utilities are good enough for me", although I certainly do have what I suppose would be a collection of other small 'utilities' for various uses.

Heh...I do remember the 'old days' though (maybe around windows 95 or so?), when I thought a utility suite like Norton System Works was the greatest thing around.

Now, I would have to be tied to my chair and tortured before ever allowing something like that on my machines again.

CCLeaner pour moi, along with a few smaller single purpose utilities like Auslogics Disk Defrag (excellent), Yankee Clipper, MRU-Blaster.

I'll give VCOM's System Suite a plug on this one. I absolutely love it.

The included Trendmicro A/V is no great shakes, but is easily disabled/uninstalled.
It comes with a version of the Sygate firewall, which is a major bonus, imo, though it can also be disabled if the user would like to go with something else.

But what truly makes the suite are the many included utilities, all of which are top-notch, again, imo. Practically too many to name, and I use virtually all of them on a regular basis.

If you look for sales or rebates or whatever, it can be had for about twenty bucks.
