The real question is can they afford to go metered. They suck IMO, I think they suck and who is going to put up with suckie service that has a cap. I guess time will tell but this crap has to stop. Raising rates, Capped services. Enough is enough. Its time for them to stop nickle and diming ME to death and start working on the issues they have.
