Brick and Mortar,why?

Why in the world do you need to go in a brick and mortar shop anyway for a phone? Check it out at Best Buy, get it there, one of the quadrillion kiosks in the mall, or online direct from Sprint. One actualy Sprint store in each area would be plenty to handle the annoying pay in person people and service issues.

Have you seen the contract termination fees those places will charge you? Plus, they have very little power -- they have their little kiosk processing system and thats basically it.

Its pathetic. I hate dealing with BB -- I cant ask the people there any type of advanced question. I wont even bother with a non-corporate store if I have an issue. They are there for a sale, and nothing else.
