| Where are the eliminations? I have seen places that have a legacy-Sprint store 1 block away from a legacy-Nextel store. If they are eliminating these type of stores or even the "express" stores more power to them, but getting rid of service locations could lead to increased customer dissatisfaction.
I am not about to send my phone off to get the button fixed and wait 3 weeks nor do I want to drive for hours to the nearest store.
I don't have enough info to create an intelligent opinion, but there may be two sides to this story.
