I would switch, but AT&T/Verizon/T-Mobile do not provide service here, so I hope they can clean it up, regroup, and provide service. The few times I called Customer Service I never experienced any of the negative things said about them. maybe I have just been lucky. | |

I am one of the unlucky souls that does my job everyday hoping that I still have that job tomorrow. Sad thing is if they axe me, the network will suffer greatly. I am the only RF tech who is proficient at troubleshooting EVDO for my entire market as well as the neighboring market. And as you said, it is due to poor upper-management for so long now.
