You had your video install done before the Actiontec router was on the scene - we used to add NIMs to the D-link routers when we did video installs/adds |

If you're getting your TV Guide updates just fine, where is the Actiontec in your data stream. Unless you are using a NIM, the Actiontec must be connected somewhere. |
