Re: Sprint is getting killed by AT&T and Verizon I work for a Sprint Retail store and yea the plans may be great, but I am going to have to agree that outsourcing the customer service employees that you get when you dial *2, the problems you have when you go from a corporate to an affiliate market (or the other way around), and the way that they bill you in advance a month is a bunch of crap. I have had both T-Mobile and Cingular before they became AT&T and I was much more satisfied with their service. I and all of my employees know and understand why we are potentially losing our jobs. | | |
