Question about land line

I'm in the process of deciding whether to switch to Velcom from Rogers. I've provided my circuit number to Velcom - because I'm on Rogers Home Phone (formerly Sprint). My one concern is that if there is an issue with service, do you guys go to Bell or deal with Rogers??

Hi OttawaRogers,

We would go through Bell for the provisioning of the circuit. The only thing we need from Rogers is the circuit number. We go through Bell to do the rest. Hope this has answered your question.
