does earthlink cable have anything to do with this hopefully it will not trickle over to earthlink cable i have Friends on it since there is no other option for them.

Broomfield, CO		 Uh earthlink don't own the pipe TWC does so i bet if TW does this Earthlink will be forced to do this as well.
