On the modem connection page, I see:

Downstream Channel
Provisioned Rate 8800 kbps

Upstream Channel
Provisioned Rate 768 kbps

If you both have the Blast! config and your modem is the Linksys BEFCMU10 ver. 4, do you see the Blast! rate (up and down) for the provisioned rates?

Yes, you would see:

Downstream: 17600 kbps
Upstream: 2000 kbps
