Maybe it is just me...

I for one was never to keen on the whole "after 10-15 years of unlimited, we wanna charge you on a metered basis again" bull. However, if they are going to do it, do it fairly. Get rid of the tiers altogether. Charge people a flat rate for the service itself (something like $15 or $20) and then a something hair above the market value per gig (something like $.10). This would be a fair charge as it would still be over market rates but not flat out giving it to you in the rear...

Just MHO though

Its not just you who feels this way. Going from unlimited back to a metered system feels like we are taking a step backwards.

The only way this is reasonable is if RR gives ppl 150 gigs usage, but ALSO uncaps all modems.
Either do that or get D3 and stick to the existing flat-rate model.
