Re: FiOS Billing I tried FIOS in my area and I went back to Cablevision. The actual service was OK, but the customer service sucked. Any time I had to call them, it was atleast a 2 hour phone call with an average of 8 transfers. I actually had one person tell me, "You have Internet, Phone, and TV? I can only help you if you only have Internet and Phone, another department handles your account." Cablevision has not been perfect, but when there is a problem it is usually a 20 minute call (Or a 5 minute drive to the local office) to resolve. |
