2 edits | Charter's Response Apparently Charter did listen; I was part of the account deletion/recreation (my account was recreated from scratch), but I wasn't affected beyond a couple of messages since I use POP3 to Eudora. They just sent me a new message saying they're applying a $50 credit to everyone affected and a free month of their Wi-Fi networking service (eh to that last one). About as much as they could offer I think, though the loss of data for others really hurts.
