Why should I hope?
I was supposed to get one, however, due to many billing errors, I'm still working on it. Since you got the letter, you are good to go! Congratulations!
Verizon billing sucks... But there service is IMHO, high quality.. It can't be beat.

This is why I recommend people purchase the service online and make no changes until after installation. Otherwise, you have to deal with the billing bullshit. Verizon really needs to do something about that.
