Reasoning? I'd like to find out why people would object to this and not the Sports Forum (to be clear, I supported the Sports forum as well).

While I wouldn't mind a Music forum, I think it would turn into another 'cooler' in short order. And if you're using the Sports forum as an example, I thought that might be a good idea as well - right up until it was actually established. Now I avoid it like The Plague. But that's just my opinion, fwiw.

besides, most of you have lousy taste in music from what little I've seen. (ducks and covers)
