CHARTER'S INADEQUECIES

IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY OF THIS SIZE AND WITH AN ESTABLISHED STRUCTURE AND PROCESS IN PLACE-CAN MAKE A DECISON ON DATA BEING LOST FOREVER IN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT. HOW HARD COULD THEY HAVE TRIED. EVERYTHING IS RETREIVABLEE-JUST DEPENDS ON HOW HARD AND HOW MUCH $$ YOU WILL SPEND ON RECOVERY.
I AM WRITING TO THE AG'S OFFICE IN MASSACHUSETTS -HOME STATE. I WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS SO DO THE SAME. i LOST MUCH MORE THAN A FEW SOCIAL ADDRESSES. WE LOST TENANT INFO AND KEY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCES IN A LEGAL BATTLE. THEY WILL PAY. HAVE HATED CHARTER AND THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME. MY NEW EMAIL ADDRESS WILL END IN VERIZON.NET.

Hmmm... upon reviewing your Charter installation paperwork, was there a legality that stated Charter was responsible for what you store in your email? I don't think so. People need to just simply write things down instead of relying on others to do it for them....move on if you don't like it...we don't need your business that badly!

in all the posts in this thread written by you i'd swear you are "Jimmy" the Broadband Specialist II for Charter Communications,the dude that told me that charter was only responsible to make sure that i had email and surfing and after that their job was done .(Gee what if you use your internet for school)
and as for the quote above .....Charter spends millions trying to get customers. i get glossy flyers in the mail all the time. You as an employee with that attitude as above and other posts of yours i've seen, resent the customer and their issues. bottom line if all took your advice ...who fills the bank account that your paycheck comes from.
if you have such a distate for the customer why do you work there???

I am afraid you are not correct in your assumption of either my name or gender for that matter. He was right! That is our job. As far as using the internet for school, I do as well and if that situation were to occur with my personal emails, I would not be effected because I am smart enough to back up all of my data. They are called flash drives and are not that expensive! And if you think I have a general resent for customers, then you are mistaken again! I do have any aggression towards customers who just want help...only customers like you who feel the need to slander a company who is only providing you with what you were promised. If you want more out of your service, then you should consider a business account where there is more promised to you not cheaping out and getting a residential account to save a few bucks. After all, you get what you pay for. As for my paycheck, that is something I have no worries over. There are plenty more where you came from.
