 [HN7000S] hnFAPmon Help Needed..

I am a new Hughes customer.. unfortunately, out here in the woods that was my only option. And, like most other new users, keep getting FAPed. Found the hnFAPMon tool, looks like the answer to my prayers.. unfortunately, can't seen to get it to work. Since I just downloaded it, it should have the latest definitions for my modem, right? Running it on the only PC connected to the modem right now (HN7000s), both client and server are running. Everything appears fine, I see sample time and signal strenght changing, but when downloading, the percentages never change, it never shows any data as transmitted. Any help appreciated, I would really like to get this working.

Thanks, Brian

Fixed it.. had to add the line for my version of the software 5.6.1.19 to the modemdef file. One other question, now that it is working, it shows my bucket at -242%. I am currently FAPed, should I reset the bucket once I get unFAPed? Or is this the correct reading?

Thanks...

Run Millham's .exe update

»downloads.sourceforge.net/hnfapm···mirror=0

and if your usage bucket is reasonably full reset the bucket or interpolate. John
