Well he just got hired, so obviously he hasn't done much scrutinizing yet; he hasn't had a chance to. CC laid off their high salaried sales staff en mass then re hired them at lower hourly rates. This was a disaster. letting go of your most productive people to then rehire them at cheaper rates is a total moral killer and turns off the average joe. This sent the message that just cause you perform well and have earned a high rate of compensation and bring in the most revenue to the corp ...well that means nothing to us...
