Got Management

I'm a Sprint Customer. I have been for years. What they need is some line management. Their web site is non-functional. Indian customer support is a joke.

The one thing you can't ever find at Sprint is a manager. Automated voice menu hell, almost incomprehensible Indians reading from scripts, web pages that are pretty but the software doesn't work, incomprehensible marketing bull, but no one who really seems to care about the company or making it better. (In other words typical American big company management.) It took me 6 hours to change a cell number, my friend took 6 minutes on T-Mobile. Impressive.
