In West L.A., Comcast (previously AT&T which was previously Mediaone) was usurped by Time Warner and overnight the 8Mbs speeds reduced to a little under 6Mbs, the new TW advertised rate. If you want 8Mbs, you now have to pay extra. Evil greed is alive and well in LaLaLand.
That aside, service has been reliable and consistent, and their tech staff even helped diagnose an intermittent failure with a router that had nothing to do with TW equipment or service. Overall grade: B |
