I live just on the Northern outskirts of Springfield Mo. People about a half of a mile down the road have DSL and have had it for four years. In November of 2006 I was told they would definitely have DSL available in my area by January 2007, well, it is January 2008 and they still don't have it. Can anyone on here give me a reason as to why they don't? I am sorta wanting some input on it. |

Reno, NV | The AT&T Direct forum normally has a backlog of a few days before they can respond to posts. Sometimes the backlog can increase after a holiday or if they happen to be short-handed there. Most of the techs that work there are volunteers. |
