I'm not sure if you are willing to try this but if so try recording 3 shows and a HD shows and run the bandwidth test.

I ordered my upgrade this morning. They said they would turn it on Friday morning. I just ran a speed test and it was slow (3220/915). We'll see what happens on Friday.

Im getting ready to place the order tomorrow, hopefully I get lucky and get the new speed by this weekend..

I just finished placing the order. They told me that it probably take between 2 to 24 hours in order for me to see the new speeds, once I get that upgrade I will go ahead and post my RG statistics..

Another person that has the 10/1.5 now tested out at 1.4 UL which is close enough IMO.

After hangin up and talking to 5 different reps I was able to order the service. I am not fiber, but I was told it was available. The due date for my install is 2/2/07.

But given all the other bad info I have gotten I would not be surprised if it is layer or sooner.

Any non-fiber guys had any luck? Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with a service rep who found out the upgrade was available but couldn't figure out how to push it to my account without "system errors". I'm supposed to get a call back from a higher-up within 48 hours.

I am on FTTN and ordered it at around 11 this morning. It still hasn't been activated though. She said if it isn't showing up by 5pm to call tech support.

OMG they set me up and it is working in a matter of 10 minutes. She goes on to tell me that she has been setting it up since the 21st. I am actually pissed since I damn near begged for it and was told no as early as yesterday.

If you need to change your u-verse service this is definatly the number you need to call.

I called again. They closed out the order that I did at 11 this morning and re-did it. I am happy to report that I am now on the Max tier.

doesn't look like your connection needs any tweaking to me. You're bumping up against that cap
