Ill have to do some video editing to add in the screen capture of what they actually do on the pc and ill have to merge the cam as i follow them outside to see if they actually do anything outside. If i get charged 70 bucks for nothing ill definitely be sending in a complaint to the state attorney generals office and the bbb. If local news station is interested theyll get a copy of the video. Theres no excuse for them to come out unless your not getting the speed. We all know very well they dont have to come unless there is a problem. I mean come on if you order cable they dont come to see if you can get it they just connect it service calls come when there is a problem. Not fair were getting raped by them there making us pay for their upgrades and whats worse is no other state gets charged these fees never heard of someone having to pay 70 bucks to get the 10mb lol maybe i should ask if i can get the 10mb instead of 12 and not pay any fee lol
